The Person
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic and committed professional with a passion for perfection and an eye for detail. As part of the Reception team you will be the first stage of the guest experience so you must have an engaging telephone manner, attention to detail, creativity to cross/up-sell together with first class customer service skills. Ideally you will be Opera and TARS proficient.
