Ibis Budget Auckland Central, located just off Queen Street in the heart of Auckland's CBD, is a compact yet vibrant hotel, positioned close to Auckland's main hub for business, shopping, and dining. The hotel's prime location makes it popular with both short-term corporate travelers and leisure guests, along with residents opting for extended stays. With 144 comfortable rooms, stretched across 18 floors, featuring balconies and kitchenette facilities we are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated individual to join our night team.

Job Description

Ibis Budget Auckland Central is looking for a talented and passionate Night Receptionist wishing to expand their knowledge in a hotel environment. 

As a Night Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:

·  Welcoming guests from all corners of the world to our hotel, whilst building relationships with new and regular guests.
·  Providing a smooth arrival and departure to our guests.
·  Assist with inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining security and hotel standards
·  And most importantly working a long side a fantastic team!

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

·  Experience in a hotel environment
·  Proven reception exposure and experience is an advantage.
·  Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests.
·  The right to work in New Zealand
