PROFILE & PERSONALITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic Multi-tasking Reception Team Member who can provide a friendly, attentive and personalised welcome to our guests, embracing the values of Ibis and Accor. Someone who can heed any comments made by our guests, ensuring a follow-up, passionate for making them feel welcome, incredible, heartwarmed... Someone who is ready to be a Heartist!
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES / MISSION
This is a multi-talented role incorporating both Front Office, Group Sales & Reservations in line with the brand DNA.
In a collaborative approach, support the Management Team in driving more sales into the Meetings & Events segment by up-selling our meeting rooms.
You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
Welcome guests and fosters loyalty through a friendly manner
Handle and resolve any guest complaints
Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
Participate in local networking events together with Management Team
Ibis and its people
