Key tasks

Role:
Our Mixologist is accountable for the bar operations. He/She supports the revenue initiatives and maintain cost control whilst providing total guest satisfaction through entertainment and engagement.

Duties:
Create, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Be motivated and lead by example the team to reach all KPI’s including revenue and guest satisfaction
Ensure stock meets business demands
Provide food and beverage to guests, maximizing every opportunity to increase the average check
Pro-actively asseses the job training requirements for cocktail artistry

Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role, preferably in 5 stars hotel or upmarket bar
- Demonstrated bar operations experience, mixology and bar service is essential
- Knowledge of Micros or similar POS system
- Desire and ability to train and develop staff within cocktail artistry
- Maintains awareness of industry trends, product and presentation
- Engages guests, initiates contacts and establishes rapport easily
- Organises time and work efficiently
- Aptitude for developing promotions and marketing
- English language required, Chinese language highly prefered
