Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by ensuring that in-room mini bars are well-stocked, meticulously maintained, and accurately billed.
· Restock and replenish mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other items
· Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of mini bar consumption
· Ensure mini bar fridges are clean, organised, and in proper working condition
· Process guest charges accurately and efficiently
· Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items
· Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar servicing during room turnovers
· Adhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulations
· Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department
· Assist in tracking mini bar consumption trends to optimise inventory management
· Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guests
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is preferred
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
· Basic maths and computer skills for inventory management and billing
· Physical ability to lift and carry supplies and walk for extended periods
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Knowledge of mini bar operations and refrigeration equipment
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Familiarity with food and beverage inventory management practices
· Understanding of local health and safety regulations
· Basic knowledge of guest privacy and security protocols
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
· Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is an advantage
