Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Coordination: Work directly with clients to understand their event needs and provide customized solutions.
• Event Planning & Logistics: Coordinate event details, including room setups, catering, and technical requirements, ensuring smooth event execution.
• On-Site Management: Supervise events on the day, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any last-minute adjustments.
• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional service experience.
• Sales & Revenue: Upsell additional event services and manage event budgets to ensure profitability.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
