Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with our organization's goals and enhance our brand presence in the market.
· Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and outdoor, ensuring alignment with Mövenpick’s brand identity and Accor’s global strategies.
· Coordinate marketing activities with the hotel’s Sales & Revenue teams to ensure campaigns effectively promote key services, including rooms, F&B outlets, spa services, and event spaces.
· Collaborate with creative agencies, graphic designers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets that communicate the hotel’s luxury offerings and unique experiences.
· Execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special offers, adapting strategies to market demands, guest trends, and competitor actions.
· Oversee website updates and content management to ensure all hotel information, offers, and visuals are up to date and aligned with marketing campaigns.
· Support SEO strategies by collaborating with digital teams to optimize the website and improve organic search visibility. Use analytics to identify areas for improvement.
· Assist in executing online advertising campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and TripAdvisor.
· Generate and schedule social media posts, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and resonates with target audiences while staying on-brand.
· Collaborate with social media influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to amplify the hotel’s brand reach and build brand loyalty.
· Work closely with the Events and F&B teams to promote and market key events such as themed dinners, gala events, weddings, corporate meetings, and seasonal promotions.
· Coordinate event marketing materials, such as invitations, brochures, digital assets, and press releases, ensuring they meet brand standards and are distributed to the correct target audience.
· Collaborate with local event organizers, partners, and influencers to maximize visibility and participation in the hotel’s hosted events.
· Ensure all marketing materials for events are on-brand, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the event’s value and exclusive offerings.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in a corporate setting
· Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences
· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software
· Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
· Creativity and innovative thinking in approaching marketing challenges
