ABOUT THE ROL E

· 
Leads the execution of digital and e-commerce strategies across the hotel portfolio in South Korea, ensuring alignment with Accor’s regional and global standards.

·  This role works closely with hotels, Commercial Performance, Revenue Management, and regional stakeholders to drive digital performance, rate integrity, and capability building at property level.
·  Key focus areas include digital marketing strategy, performance optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and talent development within in-hotel digital teams.

자격 요건

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•3+ years of experience in digital performance, marketing, and e-commerce with a strong data-driven mindset.

•Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a matrix and multicultural environment.

•Strong team leadership and coaching skills with a clear focus on revenue growth and performance optimization.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean and English, with flexibility for domestic travel.
