Overview of duties
In conjunction with the Technical Manager, helps ensure the smooth running of the hotel's technical installations.
Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them,
Actively contributes to guests' comfort,
Professional techniques / Production
Carries out occasional repair work as required,
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations,
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager,
Follows the preventive maintenance programme,
Applies water hygiene procedures,
Management and administration
Communicates and cooperates with the other departments,
Helps optimise energy consumption,
Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
Respects Accor's Legionnaires' disease directive,
Applies the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
Respects the hotel's commitments to Planet 21
Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction etc)
