Overview of duties
 In conjunction with the Technical Manager, helps ensure the smooth running of the hotel's technical installations.

Main Responsibilities
Customer relations
 Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them,
 Actively contributes to guests' comfort,

Professional techniques / Production
 Carries out occasional repair work as required,
 Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations,
 Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager,
 Follows the preventive maintenance programme,
 Applies water hygiene procedures,
 Painting

Management and administration
 Communicates and cooperates with the other departments,
 Helps optimise energy consumption,

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
 Respects Accor's Legionnaires' disease directive,
 Applies the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
 Respects the hotel's commitments to Planet 21
 Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction etc)
