Loyalty Marketing Internship

As a Millennial you are familiar with the digital world? You are interested by learning about loyalty marketing & customer relationship management? Then you might the trainee we are looking for to integrate our Belux e-commerce & loyalty team and take care of our clients part of our loyalty program called ‘Le Club AccorHotels’.

What will you be doing?
As a trainee you will get acquainted with different aspects in the field of loyalty. You will be part of the
e-distribution team:
 You will report to and assist the Loyalty Manager to lead several projects customer oriented.
 You will analyze the behavior of the BeLux Le Club AccorHotels members and draw conclusions.
 Following your analysis, you will manage the creation of local activation offers to attract customers in our hotels from the strategic part to the communication with the client.
 You will work on several type of campaigns (activation, recruitment, caring and relational campaigns).
 You will not forget to bring your creativity at the office and to express your constructive ideas.

Essential and optional requirements

Who are we looking for?

You are a student in Marketing/Communications/Commerce or a similar field of study, looking for a full-time internship of at least 4 months. You are passionate, well organized and possess a strong analytical mindset. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Your mother tongue is Dutch or French, with a knowledge of the other tongue, and you can handle yourself in English.
