Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellent and professional service at all times
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Perform order taking and maximizing sales opportunities through suggestive selling
• Deliver and check on orders with the kitchen promptly to ensure food appearance and temperature are of high standards when presented to guests
• Responsible for your designated area which includes keeping tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual
• Knowledgeable and able to operate within the liquor licensing guidelines and lounge management policies
• Maintain and adhere to RSA certification and principles
