A total of 11 food and beverage outlets on property offer international dining options including Michelin Guide recommended 2022 and 2023 Little Miss India, Frevo - Brazilian Churrasco experience, Seagrill Bistro, Ba Restaurant and Lounge, Blowfish, Flow Kitchen, The Cigar Room, Vuvuzela and others. Job Description

·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
·  Greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed.
·  Serve welcome drinks to guests upon their arrival as per the service standards.
·  Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required.
·  Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
·  Use a positive and clear speaking voice, address the guest by name if you know it.
·  Listen carefully to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet operating hours, hotel’s lay-out, activities taking place and local attractions.
·  Follow “lost and found” policy.
·  To follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
·  Engage with guest to encourage positive feedback on social media.
·  Drive and champion ALL loyalty program.
·  Perform registration process by obtaining data from guest and by observing the established guidelines.
·  Review all Group Resumes, VIP reports, daily business reports.
·  To support the Concierge or Royal Service agent as required.
·  Be familiar with hotel services and promotions and promote them.
·  Take and deliver accurate and timely guest messages. · Respond to queries positively.
·  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·  Previous guest service experience required.
·  2nd language required according to the majority of our guest profile, 3rd language is a plus.
·  Outgoing personality
·  Able to engage with guest to encourage positive feedback on social media.
·  Must possess a professional presentation.
·  Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills.
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
·  Highly responsible and reliable.
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. 
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
