Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Lobby Ambassador is responsible for providing every guest with whom he/she comes into contact with, personalized attention that helps shape their stay with us and make their stay that much more enjoyable and meet their every need.  The role-plays a crucial part due to being one of the first hospitality connections guests will experience when they arrive. The mission is to provide presence in the lobby and throughout the hotel so as to assure guest that someone is there to assist them while earning guest loyalty.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

 

EDUCATION & SKILLS

·  High School graduate
·  Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and Spanish
·  Ability to carry out detailed, involved instructions both written and oral

EXPERIENCE

·  Experience in the related field preferred
·  Hospitality experience preferred
