Job Description

Providing engaging, sincere, heartwarming and personalized service is one of the ways our Colleagues are defined at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Be an ambassador for your hotel and our exceptional guest experience as, where your warm greeting and intuitive service will let our guests know – they have arrived!

Pay Rate: $19.07/hour

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

·  Provide courteous and professional services at all times
·  Provide a positive and welcoming presence in the resort lobby for our hotel guests.
·  Be a liaison with the Front Office, Executive Office and Fairmont Gold to ensure a smooth arrival and farewell experience with VIP guests
·  Be a host in our exclusive guest lounge, The Living Room

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications:

·  Previous guest service experience required
·  Must possess a professional presentation
·  Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
·  Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
