Job Description

· 
Design & deliver training programs to achieve organizational goals.​

Deliver onboarding programs to support new talent retention and smooth transitions.​

· 
Set up on-the-job training, handle placements, and monitor trainee performance.​

· 
Administer training records and ensure efficient filing systems.​

· 
Promote SLS values and lead initiatives to create a fair, safe, and inclusive environment.
