Job Description
• Responsible to oversee and manage the hotel training program.
• Conduct training needs analysis annually and budget.
• Deliver SOFITEL brand, leadership, soft skills, hotel standards training to the employees.
• Report on the training delivery and learning program implemented.
• Establish relationship with local & international schools/NGOs.
• Organize employee relations program: annual party, town hall, sport activities, open table discussion, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in human resource management, education or similar field.
• A minimum of 3 years related experiences in adult learning.
• Significant understanding of adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of utilizing e-learning platforms and practices.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, speaking Mandarin is a plus.
• Professional Trainer certification is required.
