Job Description

How does your working day look like …

·  Linen Segregation and daily Linen Counting & Tracking
·  Linen Handover and linen Distribution
·  Linen Arranging and Linen Quality Checks
·  Uniform Distribution, daily Uniform Control, Counting and Tracking
·  Uniform Quality Checks
·  On-time pick and delivery of guest laundry
·  Abiding and achieving the mystery shopper scores
·  Achieves Mystery Shopper Set Targets
·  Fully Maintain the Uniform and Laundry Rooms
·  To deal with found guest property promptly and efficiently according to Hotel procedure. 
·  To accurately complete the daily control lists.
·  To be fully aware of health & safety hazards and report any such hazards immediately     
·  To ensure the uniform provided is kept in good condition.
·  To be fully aware of all departmental procedures and to ensure that these are carried out at all times.
·  To set a consistently good example to other staff in dress and behaviour
·  To carry out any other reasonable management requests

 

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

·  Communicative English skills in speaking, reading and writing
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  Multi-tasking Skills  
·  Housekeeping Technical Skills
·  Minimum of 0-2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
