Job Description
We're looking for an organized and collaborative L&D Coordinator to join our team in El Qusier, Egypt. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within our organization.
· Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees at all levels
· Support the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content
· Organize logistics for training events, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant communications
· Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
· Track training attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback to measure program effectiveness
· Collaborate with department managers to understand their team's development needs and customize training solutions
· Maintain organized records of all training activities, certifications, and employee development plans
· Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization
· Support the evaluation and selection of external training vendors and learning resources
· Communicate training opportunities and program updates to employees through various channels
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
· 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or human resources
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
· Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
· Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
