Join our vibrant team as a Kids Club Animator in Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to bring joy and excitement to our young guests' vacation experiences. As a Kids Club Animator, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that create lasting memories for children of all ages.

·  Develop and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and educational programs
·  Ensure a safe and fun environment for all children participating in the Kids Club
·  Collaborate with team members to create innovative and exciting weekly activity schedules
·  Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout all interactions with children and parents
·  Assist in the setup, cleanup, and organization of activity areas and equipment
·  Monitor children's behavior and address any issues in a professional and caring manner
·  Communicate effectively with parents about their children's experiences and any concerns
·  Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
·  Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continually improve the Kids Club experience
·  Assist in organizing and supervising special events and themed activities

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or related field preferred
·  Previous experience working with children in a similar role
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children and parents
·  Creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities
·  Patience and ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds
·  Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
·  First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
·  Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are a plus
·  Understanding of local culture and customs in the United Arab Emirates
·  Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  High energy level and stamina to keep up with active children throughout the day
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
·  Adaptability to changing situations and guest needs
