Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and driving technological innovation.

·  Manage and supervise the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
·  Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
·  Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers
·  Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through proactive measures and regular audits
·  Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement appropriate solutions
·  Manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timely execution
·  Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions
·  Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations
·  Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
·  Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and equipment
·  Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
·  Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for IT staff
·  Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
·  Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
·  Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·  Experience with IT project management and implementation
·  In-depth understanding of IT security best practices and risk management
·  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
·  Strong leadership and team management abilities
·  Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
·  Knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
·  Experience with budget management and resource allocation
·  Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
·  Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, PMP) are a plus
·  Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
