Then you are the person we are looking for to join our Revenue Management team of Pullman Brussels Midi as trainee!

Function:
As intern in Revenue Management, you will assist the Hotel Revenue Manager in charge of the hotel Pullman Brussels Centre Midi in Brussels centre in his daily tasks.
You will be in part responsible for the implementation of the RM methods for 237 rooms in the heart of Europe, in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with brand’s marketing, country, area and hotel strategies and customer’s needs. You will help to implement and keep all the revenue management processes.
You’ll be assisting in the implementation and the follow up of the GMs’ strategy on a daily basis, updates the planning, quotes the groups and alerts the GMs when market deviates from the strategy – with an important focus on competition and market shares.
Moreover, you will work in the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi RM and Sales cluster and be able to see how is Pullman Brussels Centre Midi in terms of strategy and revenue management.

Who are we looking for?
For this function we are looking for a highly motivated person, with dedicated mind-set to diagnosis and analysis. Someone who can act and react as a business partner and who is eager to learn and understand as much as possible the world of revenue management. A result minded person, who is social literate and flexible.
You are study in hotel management or business management school and in addition you have:

- School convention for an internship of minimum 6 months ;
- Great interest in Revenue management and Hotel industry ;
- Good analytical and communication skills ;
- Knowledge in Excel (most of common formulas)
• pivot tables & data base considered as an asset
- Speaking and writing fluently in French and English
- Starting asap
