·  Implementing systems and conducting checks to ensure food handlers practise good food and personal hygiene during food preparation;
·  Assisting operators to conduct in-house supervision and correct irregularities detected;
·  Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.

Qualifications

·  Has good working knowledge in GMP, GHP, HACCP, Food Safety Act of the Philippines.
·  Relevant certifications are preferred
·  Minimum of 1 year experience in food safety, quality assurance or relevant experience in Hospitality industry.
·  Team player who is able to work independently and with minimum supervision
