HOUSEPERSON
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Houseperson, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

·  Work in the various sectors of the household maintenance service in a courteous and efficient manner while maximizing the degree of customer satisfaction according to hotel standards
·  Be available for flexible shifts
·  Ensure that standards of cleanliness and set-up are maintained in public areas
·  Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests and requests during your shift
·  Keep trolleys well stocked and clean at all times
·  Helping colleagues
·  Work in an ergonomic safe way
·  Ensure work areas are safe
·  Perform any related function assigned by management

 

Your experience and skills include:

·  Bilingual preferably (English / French)
·  Have shift flexibility at all times
·  The candidate must have excellent communication skills
·  Responsible, dynamic and structured
