Job description

Key tasks

You direct, manage, coordinate and check the work of the room attendants and cleaning staff. You control the cleanliness of bedrooms and common areas (corridors, stairways...), their layout and the maintenance of appliances and furniture. You manage the stocks of products and supplies required for the team's activity. You train and manage the housekeeping team depending on your level of responsibilities.You will be required to supervise an in-house laundry.

Essential and optional requirements

Must have strong organisational and people management skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and extremely customer focused. Previous experience in a similar role within quality hotel is essential for this position.
