Join the Magic Makers at Sofitel London St James

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to join our luxury team at Sofitel London St James .

You'll lead and inspire our housekeeping team, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas shine to perfection. From managing supplies to maintaining five-star standards, you’ll play a key role in delivering the French elegance and world-class service our guests love.

What you'll do:

· 
Supervise and train a dedicated housekeeping team

· 
Ensure rooms and public spaces are spotless and guest-ready

· 
Oversee stock and uphold sustainability standards

· 
Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a housekeeping role in a luxury hotel or similar establishment.
·  Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
·  Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
·  Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
·  Good computer literacy. Knowledge of Opera and HotSOS is an advantage.
·  Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
