Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are now seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support the core operations of our hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader to advance their career with an industry leader and contribute to the success of our exceptional property.
Job Description
Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way
In this leadership role, you'll support the Executive Housekeeper with daily inspections, ensuring our high brand standards are consistently upheld. Your attention to detail will be key in maintaining the highest level of quality.
You'll supervise the Housekeeping team, assist with onboarding, manage cleaning materials and equipment, and drive productivity improvements. Additionally, you'll assist with staff rosters, contribute to recruitment, and support training initiatives. By coaching and empowering team members, you'll foster growth, engagement, and excellence.

Qualifications

· Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
· Proven experience in housekeeping operations
· Strong attention to detail and service mindset
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Hub OS, Hot SOS, Trust You) is a plus; training provided.
