Accor's Ibis Budget Canberra hotel has an exciting opportunity for a rising star to join the team as a Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor in a thriving and exciting environment! 

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

·  Motivating, engaging and training your housekeeping team
·  Managing all operational and financial outcomes for the department
·  Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift
·  Ensure appropriate chemical safety and Workplace Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained
·  Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
·  Working autonomously and building strong bonds with all departments
·  Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards 
·  Maintaining training and cleaning records

Qualifications

Your Experience and Skills Include:

·  Experience working in a senior housekeeping role will be very highly regarded
·  Great attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a minimal timeframe
·  The ability to motivate and train your team
·  The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster including weekends and public holidays, minimum 4 days per week with 8:00am start time
·  A genuine care for your team and guests, understanding that everyone is different and work to their strengths
