Job description

Key tasks

• Prepares daily scheduling and briefing of staff reporting to him/her.
• Attends daily morning briefing at Linen Room.
• Supervises and trains all Housekeeping ambassadors reporting to him/her.
• Conducts regular inspection of all areas of responsibility to make sure instructions are carried out, comes up with expected results and ensures accepted standard of cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation.
• Inspect at least 10 rooms daily and submit to Assistant Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager.
• Maintains discipline and high morale among staff. Corrects mistakes or inadequacies of the same and recommend disciplinary action to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager.
