Key tasks
To ensure the cleanliness of the hotel room and public areas are maintained and adhered to the hotel standard
To supervise room attendants and inspect guest rooms and surrounding service area
Conduct on the job training regarding to housekeeping to room attendant
Ensure hotel amenities supplies are readily available and accounted for
Prepare and issue room status report
Attend to all guest request promptly and ensure highest guest satisfaction level
