Job Description

How does your working day look like …

·  Clean and service allocated guest rooms, corridors, staff areas, and storage spaces as per SOP and 25hours brand standards.
·  Maintain Brand Suites and assist in showroom setups when required.
·  Ensure housekeeping trolleys, cupboards, and supplies are clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
·  Report missing items, damages, stains, or maintenance issues promptly.
·  Handle guest belongings found in rooms according to 25hours hotel procedures.
·  Safeguard and responsibly use issued keys.
·  Complete daily checklists accurately and report DND or vacant rooms to the supervisor.
·  Greet guests and colleagues courteously; respond to requests efficiently.
·  Participate in briefings, trainings, and support onboarding of new team members.
·  Prepare guest amenities and assist in creating special “wow” moments.
·  Conduct daily inventory of linen and in-room equipment.
·  Follow all health, safety, fire, and security procedures.
·  Maintain high standards of personal grooming and uniform care.
·  Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

·  Speaks and understands English clearly when talking to guests or team members.
·  Can work alone without help but also listens to instructions when needed.
·  Displays flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to dynamic environments.
·  Can adjust quickly to changes in work or hotel needs and proactively takes initiatives.
·  Can do multi tasks at the same time during busy times.
·  Demonstrates effective time management and finishes work on time.
·  Maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
