Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with passion about the Hospitality Industry and a natural ability to surprise and delight our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

·  Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotels high standards for guest arrivals
·  Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly
·  Performing any basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirements
·  Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained
·  Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role
·  A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
·  Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality
·  Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
·  Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
