Job Description

·  Develop the annual budget and capital investments budget
·  Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel
·  Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, etc) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
·  Drive ambassadors engagement

Qualifications

·  Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
·  Ability to manage relationship
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Outstanding sales skills
·  Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
·  Service and quality minded
·  Good listening skills, ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
·  Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example
·  Experienced Hotel Manager with a strong background in sales and hotel pre-opening
