In this crucial role of you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotels operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our property. 

·  Assisting in day-to-day operations of all Front Office functions, overseeing smooth coordination of a hotel.
·  Ability to problem solve and creative solution maker to ensure guest satisfaction.  
·  VIPs and loyalty members are well cared for and needs meet and expectations exceeded.
·  Oversee staff and assist with training and development
·  Effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes
·  Has responsibility is to oversee all outlets and assist where needed, including Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage outlets
·  Dealing and resolving appropriately with any guest complaints

Qualifications

Qualification

·  Experience in similar role will be advantageous or hotel experience in GSA roles / customer service roles
·  Full drivers license preferred
·  Has Managers certificate or is eligible to obtain one
·  Wage $31.14 per hour
