Job description

Key tasks

Processing and inputting of hotel reservations into the FOLS PMS Software, ResaWeb, ACDC with a focus on individual reservations & convert Indirect Reservation
Managing and reviewing of all guest history – merging guest profiles for FITs & Groups.
Reconfirmation of all guest arrivals prior to arrival at the hotel.
Optimising hotel occupancy with overbooking where possible
Upselling during guest interactions
Preparing guest arrivals taking into consideration their requests and making them feel welcome through Heartist approach

As an Administrator, your main responsibilities include:

Overlooking the City Ledger accounts and following company payments
Contributing to perform the daily banking tasks and clearing discrepancies, daily reports, End of month reporting
Supporting Front Office TL in auditing daily packs and ensuring financial compliance
Supporting GM to ensure all mandatory and statutory training are compliant + Payroll & Personnel Files
Supporting GM in induction of new colleagues, start-up formalities, show rounds, Training
Engaging with CSR activities and part-take in challenges to achieve hotel results

Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated experience in client liaison
Confident with Microsoft Office, FOLS, ResaWeb, Office 365, ACDC

A natural ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work well under pressure

Fluent in English, excellent communication and a great phone manner
