Job Description
· Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.
· Be familiar with the buffet restaurant operations and regulations.
· Participates the daily briefings and cascading the information of any special booking, VIP guest, promotions, theme dinners.
· Participates in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements.
· Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provides recommendations to the guests.
· Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Manager from time to time.
· Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department.
Qualifications
· Good communication skills on Russian Language PRIORITY.
· Good communication skills on English Language.
· Service focused personality is essential.
· Flexibility on doing extra hours, break shifts and other assigned addtional tasks.
