Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Handyperson  to handle maintenance issues around our hotel, making sure our guests stay safe and comfortable.

What you’ll do…

·  Help with the daily maintenance of the hotel, hitting the right notes for any faults or repairs.
·  Plumbing – unblocking drains/toilets, repairing/replacing taps etc.
·  Minor electrical gigs – replacing lamps/fittings, sockets and switches etc.
·  Assist the Health and Safety tasks, like weekly fire alarm tests, water temperature monitoring, showerhead descaling.
·  Maintenance on HVAC systems like filter cleaning/replacing.
·  Ensure the hotel is kept to the highest maintenance standards.
·  Respond quickly to all maintenance requests and concerns from guests and team members following the hotel reporting procedure.
