Key tasks

We are currently looking for Guest Services Manager (Rooms Division Manager) to support our Front Office Department.

You will lead our strong Front Office Team:

- to offer an excellent quality of service to our guests
- to run smoothly the day to day organisation
- to co-operate on improving our guest satisfaction
- to contribute to the development of the hotel
- to generate positive financial gains

The ideal candidate will deputise the GM in his absence, working with Department Managers in overseeing the smooth day to day operation of the Rooms division departments within the hotel.

The candidate will have strong commercial awareness and a strategic business focus, playing an active part in revenue meetings and end of month reporting.
