Job Description

·  Oversee Front Office operations, ensuring personalized, customer-focused service and smooth communication between departments.
·  Manage and complete Duty Manager shifts (AM, PM, and Night) while ensuring efficient guest check-ins/check-outs and room allocations.
·  Facilitate daily briefings, ensuring staff are well-informed of relevant updates and operational needs.
·  Supervise lobby services, including portering, ensuring timely and efficient guest arrivals and departures.
· 
Assist in staff training, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and accurately record and detail incident reports as per hotel procedures

·  Ensure hotel safety, cleanliness, and emergency procedures are followed, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

You will be:

·  Bringing onboard a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, ready to hit the ground running
·  Proficient in using OperaCloud for managing front office operations, ensuring accurate guest data handling and efficient reporting
·  Equipped with high-level communication & leadership skills, working in a fast-paced environment.
·  Available for overnight shifts as needed and adaptable to a flexible rotating schedule.
·  First Aid Certified & Equipped with a valid LCQ/Managers Certificate
·  Passionately committed to delivering exceptional customer service experiences
