Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent (Arabic speaking) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
· Welcome and check-in guests, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
· Process all types of payments, including room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit cards
· Handle guest check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges efficiently
· Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
· Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for check-ins
· Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to guests
· Manage daily reports, including arrivals, departures, and special requests
· Balance and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
· Assist with additional front desk duties as needed
Qualifications
· Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential
· Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Basic computer proficiency, including experience with hotel management software
· Cultural sensitivity and awareness
· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
· Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
· Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
· High school diploma or equivalent
