We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent who wants more than just a job. Everything we do, we do to help our guests and our people feel welcome and valued to give them the best experience possible.

Job Description

·  Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
·  Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
·  Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
·  Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
·  Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
·  Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
·  Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
·  Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift change
·  Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience

Qualifications

·  Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
·  An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude individual
·  Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
·  Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
·  Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
·  Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
·  Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays periods
