Job Description

·  Warmly welcome guests, providing smooth check-in and check-out experiences
·  Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
·  Maintain clear communication with all staff and departments
·  Stay informed about VIP arrivals, return guests, and special requests
·  Develop comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
·  Handle guest correspondence and upsell room categories to maximise revenue
·  Ensure the Guest Relations desk is attended at all times during your shift
·  Maintain accurate guest records and resolve complaints in a timely manner
·  Adhere to all safety, security, and emergency procedures

Qualifications

 

·  Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
·  Fluency in English and Russian
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour
·  Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
·  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
·  Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
