Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
·
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
·
Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes where applicable.
·
Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, local attractions, and services.
·
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
·
Maintain a clean and organized reception or guest area.
·
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
·
Document and report guest feedback to management for continuous improvement.
·
Uphold the company’s brand standards and policies in all guest interactions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
·
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.
·
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
·
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·
Proficiency with reservation and front desk software (if applicable).
·
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
