Job description

Key tasks

We are looking for a passionate Groups and Conference Coordinator - Multi Skilled to support our Front Office Operations.

Your duty is to Maintain commercial relations, organising, supervising and coordinating conference and group reservation.
You are required to work independently to ensure that all the conferences and group bookings are dealt with and offer the best solutions for each bookings. You need to Keep your management informed regularly on corporate accounts and complete all administrative procedures (invoicing, cancellations...) related to groups and conferences within the deadlines.

• Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of conference service
• Contributes globally to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work and exemplary behaviour
• Helps increase the conference revenue through his/her sales efforts
• Manage each conference & group bookings efficiently and communicate effectively with all departments
• Follow-up and maintain relations with the client for on going events
• Ensure the smooth running of events
• Support F&B team regarding room set up and Front Office operations where necessary
