Job Description

·  Create innovative visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media content, and print collateral
·  Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
·  Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute design projects that meet business objectives
·  Convert designs to appropriate formats for digital advertising, social media platforms, and print production
·  Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message to target audiences
·  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and providing regular updates on project status
·  Stay current with design trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your work
·  Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiatives
·  Maintain an organised digital asset library for easy access and retrieval of design files

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
·  Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work
·  Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
·  Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
·  Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
·  Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media
·  Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across various projects
·  Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
·  Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in the industry
·  Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
