Job Description

·  Plan and manage materials for maintenance repairs and projects to prevent wastage.
·  Perform maintenance work as per PPM plan.
·  Install new equipment when necessary and perform tasks to the highest standards.
·  Address issues in your activity field promptly and independently.
·  Manage workshop stocks and order supplies as required.
·  Adhere to daily tasks and ensure timely implementation.
·  Attend to guests' additional needs and requirements.
·  Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

·  Diploma or certificate in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical).
·  Prior experience in maintenance or technical roles, preferably in hospitality.
·  Knowledge of hotel systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
·  Relevant technical certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) preferred.
·  Basic English and fluent in Thai.
·  Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
·  Ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions.
