An incredible opportunity to join SOFITEL LEGEND SANTA CLARA CARTAGENA   as

GENERAL MANAGER

As the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our hotel's success, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. Your role involves steering daily operations in line with our company's mission and values, aiming for peak financial performance, guest satisfaction, and colleague engagement. This position offers you the chance to shape strategic goals, enhance your leadership skills, and make a tangible impact while adding your personal touch to our brand's journey.

 

 

Qualifications

Fluent in English, Spanish desirable, with a strong understanding of the local market, including prior experience in Latin American, Caribbean, or South American regions;

Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel management, with at least five years in a similar role;

Exceptional financial acumen;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with guests, owners, and team members.
