Key tasks
- Total responsibility for the efficient & effective operations of all departments.
- Maintain a commitment to provide an outstanding luxury experience for guests and meet the So Sofitel brand promise.
- Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel
business objectives and budgets.
- Represent AccorHotels in all issues
relating to the hotel, maintain productive owner relationship.
- Provide operational and strategic
direction to the hotel management team, and support managers in their individual roles.
- Improve market presentation especially MICE business, foreseeing the short and long-term expectations, maintain realistic yet ambitious targets.
- Promote the hotel through development and implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies.
- Develop Ambassadors personally &
professionally. Identify, train, and retain.

Essential and optional requirements
Previous experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager, within a luxury Hotel environment in Asia. Excellent negotiation, Financial and analytical skills and priority management skills, able to make decisions and take appropriate risks. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must; other languages an asset. Has a leadership style which is enabling, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
