Job description

Key tasks

- Deliver the profitable operation of the 195 room hotel, restaurant and meeting spaces and ensure the operation meets the Novotel Brand standards.
- Set budgets and financial commitments for all teams within bar/restaurant and function rooms.
- Prepare and initiate all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business activity for the hotel.
- Lead Talent and Culture (Human Resources) activities including successful talent recruitment, training and development.
- Ensure successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.

NOTE : Successful candidate will be contracted with and based at Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub - Thailand
