Job description
Key tasks
- Ensure a successful pre opening of the hotel, meeting all Grand Mercure Brand standards. The hotel comprises 179 rooms, several restaurants, bars, spas and conference facilities.
- Set opening budgets and financial commitments for all teams within each department.
- Prepare and initiate all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business activity as soon as the hotel is ready to open.
- Lead Talent and Culture (Human Resources) activities including successful talent recruitment, training and development.
- Ensure successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.
NOTE : Successful candidate will be contracted with and based at Grand Mercure Hanoi - Vietnam
