What You Will Be Doing:

Lead the Business

·  Drive the strategic vision and operational management of the property.
·  Maximize profitability, meet ambitious targets, and ensure compliance with local legislation and ethical practices.
·  Position the property as a market leader.

Build Your Team

·  Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of passionate hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

·  Languages: Fluent in Spanish,    French (mandatory) and English (Desirable) 
·  Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality, ideally with European hospitality brands.
·  Strong ethical values, responsibility, and a collaborative leadership style.
·  Commercially savvy, with a record of achieving KPIs and driving financial success.
·  European nationality or eligibility to work in Morocco preferred.
